For Samsung desktop, laptop, netbook or ultrabook computers, master password can be calculated using the "locked code", also know as the password hash or the disable code. How will you get this code? Simply enter wrong password in the locked computer for three (3) times and you shall see the "disable code" or "lock code". In most Samsung models, the password hash or "disable code" is composed of 16 hexadecimal digits like 1D9889644600000000.

General Instructions

Enter the hash code displayed in your  Samsung computer screen to generate the required master password to unlock it. The screen may show it as "Disable Code", "Password Hash", Serial Code or Unlock Code. You will get this code when you enter a wrong password in the locked computer for three (3) times.

Make sure that you enter the code correctly so that the generated master password will successfully unlock the computer.

Enter Hash Code *

Enter the hash code, also known as the "lock code", "disable code", or "unlock code" that is displayed on the screen of the locked computer. For alphanumeric codes, make sure that you do not interchange 1 with l or 0 with O.

Enter E-mail Address *

Enter a valid e-mail address that you have access to. We will send the master password and all unlocking procedures in this email address. We will also contact you should you face problems unlocking the BIOS or HDD password. A valid email address is in the form youremail@example.com.

How to Donate

How this works?

Fill out the Password Request Form (PRF) with the required information (your hash code, service tag or disable code). Be sure to enter a valid email address where we can send the master password.
Complete the payment through Paypal. If you don't have Paypal account, pay with your Credit Card.
Upon payment receipt, check your email for the master password that we will send to you within two (2) hours or less.
