Request Master Password

In order to unlock your BIOS or Hard Disk Drive (HDD) using a paster password, you need to know the hash code displayed in your computer screen. Using this hash code or unlock code, a master password can be generated to unlock your computer. Your computer screen may show it as "Disable Code", "Password Hash", Serial Code or Unlock Code. You will get this code when you enter a wrong password in the locked computer for three (3) times.

Enter descriptive make and model of computers like Lenovo G460, HP Pavilion DV2000, Acer Aspire V3-571, etc.
Enter the hash code, also known as the "lock code", "disable code", or "unlock code" that is displayed on the screen of the locked computer. For alphanumeric codes, make sure that you do not interchange 1 with l or 0 with O.
Enter a valid e-mail address that you have access to. We will send the master password and all unlocking procedures in this email address. We will also contact you should you face problems unlocking the BIOS or HDD password. A valid email address is in the form youremail@example.com.
